Habit Training Full Membership
£150 per month
Our membership is built for people who want to train with purpose, consistency, and community. It includes access to expertly coached strength training sessions, high-energy Engine Room workouts, and mobility-focused Pilates to support recovery and resilience.
We believe in long-term progress—not quick fixes—so everything we offer is designed to be sustainable, adaptable, and supportive of real life. You’ll also get access to our booking app, flexible session times, optional progress tracking, regular community events, and expert workshops.
No contracts, no pressure—just a space to train, learn, and grow at your own pace.
Our Pilates sessions offer a focused space to reconnect with your body, improve posture, and build strength through controlled, intentional movement. Each session is led by Emily and designed to support mobility, alignment, and deep core stability in a calm, welcoming environment. With an emphasis on quality over intensity, these sessions help you move with more ease, reduce everyday tension, and feel more balanced in both body and mind. It’s a powerful practice for anyone looking to invest in how they feel, move, and function—both now and in the long run. PAYG option - £10 per session.
Pilates
Engine Room Sessions
Our Engine Room sessions are all about conditioning—building cardiovascular fitness, mental resilience, and muscular endurance in a way that supports your overall health and strength goals. You’ll work with tools like bikes, ski ergs, rowers, and bodyweight movements in a structured, coach-led format that’s both challenging and scalable. Whether you're training for performance, longevity, or just to feel more capable in everyday life, these sessions are designed to energise you—not exhaust you—and to leave you feeling stronger, sharper, and more connected to your body.
PAYG Bootcamp
Our Bootcamp sessions are ideal if you want to dip your toes into training with us or add an extra burst of energy to your week.
Priced at £15 per session, these high-energy group workouts blend strength, cardio, and functional movement in a fun, supportive environment.
You don’t need a membership—just book and turn up. It’s a great way to experience the community, the coaching, and the atmosphere without any long-term commitment.
Strength Training
Our Strength Training sessions are the core of what we do—carefully designed to help you build a strong, capable body that supports you for life. Each session is coach-led and follows a structured, progressive plan that prioritises good form, consistent effort, and long-term results. We focus on functional strength, mobility, and quality movement, with programming that adapts to all levels—whether you're brand new or experienced. These sessions are about more than lifting weights—they're about building confidence, resilience, and a body that moves well in the real world.
